| What Needs to Happen This Year
Last year was a great year for many companies with progress on many fronts. This yearis starting off in an exciting way both internationally as well as in the United States. At home our New Year’s resolutions should be starting to become good habits in the next few weeks. It is critical though that we involve our core team and family in this new year in order to get additional results, extra support, increased attention to detail, and some wonderful surprises (better relationships as well as exceeding the expectations of those most important to us). We may not have updated our written plan yet, so now is the time to do so.
By making sure we review both our long-term goals and short-term action plans, we can ensure that both are in alignment. Doing this personally and in our businesses means that we can also confirm our business activities are serving our purpose personally (and vice-versa). Involving others ensures that they can perform the right tasks in the most effective way to reach goals that are good for all of us.
