Participants: Business Owners Only

  2. Increase focus, prioritization, and time management so owner spends time on what s/he does best.
  3. Identify owner’s strengths, weaknesses, and capabilities for leadership and results.
  4. Identify and align resources of company for better bottom line results.
  5. Establish a written strategy and action plan to increase opportunity for owner to not be controlled by the business.
  6. Develop a practical Action Plan for what owner needs to do to become independent of the company.
  7. Identify and strengthen the capabilities the company needs to not be dependent on the owner.
  8. Deliver written support materials, worksheets, and agenda to each meeting (custom wordsmithing included).
  9. Provide phone and email support between meetings.
  10. Receipt of The Comprehensive Independence Report (monthly newsletter).

Participants: Business Owner, Family and Team

Includes the Basic and Core Programs plus:

    Includes: - Personal Purpose, Mission and Vision, Lifetime Goal Setting, Re-setting and Visualizing, Staying On Track, Time Management - Balance and Focus, Attitude, Knowledge, Experience, Creativity - Personal Depth and Balance, Habits - Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, Relationships - Communication and Trust, Relationships - Leadership, Mentoring and Coaching, Relationships - Giving and Getting, Financial - Liquidity, Debt and net worth, Fear and worry about the future, Grief and guilt over the past and present pain
  2. Facilitate The 3 R’s program with the management team (up to 10 team members).
    Includes: –Purpose (Why?) and Mission (What are we Best At?), Long Term Vision, Goal Setting and Achieving, Evaluation and Planning of New Opportunities/Projects, Leadership, Time Management/ Focus/Discipline/Habits, Communication and Trust, Individual and Team Development and Growth, Consensus, Conflict Resolution, Change, Stress, Tension, Attitude and High Performance,
    Motivational Incentive and Benefit Programs, Financing, Process Improvement, Job Description, Truck Book, and Contingency Plans
  3. Identify the strengths, weaknesses, and capabilities of each member of your family.
  4. Create an Action Plan for each member of the team to become the best that they can be. This includes individual coaching as needed.
